User Guide

- Close the doors and windows to keep them dry naturally

Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that any orders that are canceled after processing, which is within two days from the order date, will be subject to our Standard Return Policy. This means that restocking fees of up to 60% may be applied. Please understand that the exact percentage of restocking fees applied to canceled orders is determined at the discretion of MyAashis.
In the case of undeliverable or refused packages, they will be restocked and treated as cancellations under our Standard Return Policy. Restocking fees may apply in these situations as well.
For orders that are canceled within two days at the buyer's request, please be aware that a 3% credit card cancellation charge will be applied.

Decor Return Policy

For most items, you can initiate a return for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs will apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
However, there are a few exceptions to our return policy. Clearance or SALE items, personalized items that have been customized (such as changing the light frame from chrome to gold), items that have already been assembled, and items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
Please be aware that any service charges collected on the order, including assembly services included with delivery, are non-refundable.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In such cases, we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution to resolve the issue.
