Really nice and fairly easy to install.

This chandelier looks great, great quality. I am very pleased how it looks.This chandelier was the perfect size for our area!Absolutely LOVE the look of the chandelier and how it brings the whole look together.

It definitely changed the appearance of our foyer from basic to stunning.

Love It!!! My wife loves the chandelier, it definitely changed the appearance of our? foyer from basic to stunning especially when the lights are turned on sparkling through the crystals. Now for my assessment on the matter since I was the one who Assembled and installed???? it. If time is not a factor and you have some knowledge of electrical work, construction to support the weight, and a partner to help out then this maybe for you. Personally from what I know now I would spend the money to have it installed. The process start to finish took about 6 hours, now that�s from removing the old one, Assembly of the framework an installation to support the weight, electrical,chain length, and lastly the crystals installed. Keep in mind I�m working with a 12� ceiling and a 8� ladder. So with this much crystals that need to be install one by one you can imagine the amount of time that takes. In closing it�s perfect for us and if you have the time.

Couldn�t love it more. No crystals were broken except one I dropped myself. They send extras so that was a blessing. Took me 4 hours to put the crystals on but it was so worth it. Blubs were included that was the plus for me.

Lights Returns Policy

Returns

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including return shipping) within 30 days of delivery. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from delivery. Also the returned product should be shipped back within 30 days from the return approval to be eligible for refund. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

Must be in resalable condition
Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
Must not have any writing on the original packaging
Must not be missing pieces
Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeoutRestocking Fees

In most cases, 25% restocking fees are charged

Defective Returns

You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 72 hours of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

Order Cancellation: Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

** MyAashis reserves the right to deduct anywhere between 30-90% of sale price if customer returns an item that does not qualify for general return.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. MyAashis reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.
